Here Dave shows his competition Tomoe Nage Sacrifice throw. He uses this to negate the differences in weight between him and larger opponents. It is also a very powerful means to gain an attacking guard position. He combines his throw with a transition to the Double Attack from the Mounted position. With this transition you can take advantage of setting things in motion and following the wave to destroy your opponents base and will!
