Matt Darcy teaches his favorite position in the SAP system. This position is his favorite because of the safe guard. Holding the leg traps the opponent there. It doesn't allow them to make base to stack or run away to escape. Plus the fulcrum finish is one of the most powerful defense breaks in the system .
