10m
Matt Darcy shows how to pull De La Riva from open guard when you are sitting and your opponent is standing. Using an ankle pick threat gets the opponent to be in a defensive reaction leaving them susceptible to getting put into De La Riva successfully. By applying a proper torquing of the knee will cause the opponent to post on their freehand allowing for the triangle choke finish.
