JT takes you through a Shadow boxing work out.
Warm up:
Jump rope/jumping jacks(3-5min)
Shadow Boxing:
15 min(no break) or in rounds w/ a rest period.
Round 1: Punches only
Round 2: Punches & kicks
Round 3: Build-a-Combo
*add small weights (3lb or less) to your hands while shadow boxing for 1/2 round. Finish the round with no weights focusing on as much speed as possible.
*active rest can be incorporated on the rest period. (Pick an exercise or work on footwork)
