Using the cross sleeve and back grip, Matt Darcy shows a scrifice throw. Stepping in and hooking his opponents leg while he sits and puts his back to the ground. The cross sleeve grip prevents his opponent from being able to post and stop the throw, thus sending them into a shoulder roll and Matt is able to move into the top position on the ground.
